1 T cinnamon
1/4 c semisweet dark chocolate chips
1/3 c dried cranberries
1/4 c walnuts

Here is how you make Cranberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 3502. Line two cookie sheets w/ parchment paper.3. Combine applesauce and cane juice crystals and mix with a mixer until creamy. Add egg, honey, evoo, and mix well.4. In a separate bowl combine oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Slowly add oat mixture to applesauce mixture and combine until just mixed.5. Fold in nuts, chocolate chips, and cranberries.6. Drop dough by large teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.7. Bake 12-15 minutes until cookies are golden and crispy around edges.8.
