Here is how you make Healthier Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheet. In a mixer bowl combine bananas, egg, sugar, and vanilla beating until blended (maybe 2-3 minutes?) Add oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt beating on low until blended (about 30-60 seconds); scrape sides and blend. Drop by mounds on cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes. This will depend on your oven and the size of the cookies you make. Don't overbake keeping in mind that cookies will firm up some when they cool. Can be stored at room temp in covered container for a couple of days. We keep them in the fridge but they don't last long (maybe 3 days?) so I have no idea how long they'd last.Serving Size:?Depends on how big/small cookies are
