Preheat the oven to around 180C.Sieve flour, baking soda and cocoa powder together in large mixing bowl. Add in orange zest.Melt butter until just liquid. Add in sugars, and splash of orange essence (optional). Add in egg and stir together til mixed through.Add into the dry ingredients. Mix everything together well.Using wet and clean hands, roll dough into little balls. Bake on baking tray for around 10 minutes, until browned.Take out of oven and let sit for a few minutes, then take warm cookies and place onto wire cooling rack.
