1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups dry old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips


How Do I Make Chocolate Cherry Granola?

Here is how you make Chocolate Cherry Granola:

Whisk honey, oil and cocoa powder in pot over medium heat. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine oatmeal, coconut and pecans in large mixing bowl. Pour cocoa mixture over the oatmeal mixture and toss and stir until well coated. Pour onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, turning and tossing granola with spatula every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from oven and sprinkle cherries over the top. Allow to cool completely and then add the chocolate chips. Store in airtight container.
