1 rice cake, crumbled

mix oats, crumbled rice cake, cranberries, and walnuts together in large bowl. then in a sauce pan add butter, cocoa powder, sugar and honey and cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. then pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Dump onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper then cover with parchment paper and press firmly. I also like to roll it as flat as i can with a rolling pin so it packs together well. Let cool in the refrigerator then slice into 16 bars, and wrap individually in plastic wrap.Serving Size:?16 bars
