Preheat oven to 400.Beat egg substitute with brown sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin and milk.Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, to wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in whole wheat flour in 1/4 cup increments, mix batter until smooth, but not too thick/stiff.Fold in mini chocolate chips.Spray a nonstick mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
