1/2 cup Splenda (sugar substitute)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
8 oz canned whole cranberries, chopped or in food processor
1.5 oz chopped walnut pieces
1 oz semi-sweet Chocolate chips

Here is how you make Healthy Cranberry Chocolate and Applesauce Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray, or use paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together applesauce, yogurt and egg. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold in processed cranberries, walnuts and chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
