Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Semisweet chocolate, .34 cup mini chips
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Salt, .25 tsp
Splenda, 5 tsp (may be adjusted for your taste)

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups. 2. In medium bowl, mix oats and almond milk; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in applesauce and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Sprinkle Splenda on muffin tops.3.
