-Heat oven to 375. -Sprinkle zucchini with salt. Set aside. -In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in the cocoa.-Toast the walnuts (if desired) in the oven for 4 minutes.
