The ingredients for Chocolate Seed and Nut Protein Bars are:

2 serving Bananna ripened and mashed well
2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) = 1 cup total. This is best if you process them in a blender for folks unused to real food. I never do this.
4 tbsp Flax seeds
30 gram Flax usa whole white chia seed
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
4 serving Nuts, Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts with Sea Salt (21 pieces) --these should be chopped to smaller pieces.
4 serving Muscle tech chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Add the above ingredients together. If the mixture appears too dry to turn with a spoon, add small bits of water at a time.

Spray baking dish with cooking spray or grease it well. Press mix into pan to depth of 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The cooking time varies according to depth. This doesn't have to be cooked, but can be refrigerated to solid state. If so, you must process the oats to powder form!
