This was a suggestion from my friend and personal trainer to be eaten prior to a workout. He suggested that a banana and tall glass of water should accompany this, but no syrup. The waffle is not very greasy, as most are. I typically use a non-stick waffle maker and do not add any extra butter/oil/spray. I have to work on the numbers - make them a little more accurate.
