Here is how you make Cinnamon Hummus:

In a pot, bring garbanzo beans and cinnamon stick to a boil until softened. Discard cinnamon stick and puree beans with some of the water used to cook them (about 1 cup). Place the garbanzo puree in a pot with sugar. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.Add milk and cook about 20 more minutes, stirring constantly, until the bottom of the pot can be seen when stirring.
