3/4 cup milk

2 tablespoon cinnamon-sugar

Here is how you make Cinnamon Scones:

1. Preheat oven to 425 F2. Combine Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, xanthum gum, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips and toss to combine3. Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender or two knives until coarse crumbs form. Stir milk into yogurt in small bowl or large measuring cup until combined.4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until dough begins to form (you may not need all of yogurt mixture). Transfer to a surface sprinkled with flour blend. Knead 5 or 6 times until dough holds together. Divide into 2 pieces.5. Pat each dough piece into 5-inch circle about 1/2" thick. Cut each circle into 6 wedges with floured knife.
