1/3 c. whole milk
1/3 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat well all of the cookie ingredients together. Shape dough into 1/2" balls. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten each cookie a little bit with the bottom of a glass which is greased and dipped into sugar. Bake 365? about 4 minutes or until set. Transfer to paper towels. When cool and crisp fill between two cookies.Cookie Filling:In small saucepan bring to a boil milk, dark corn syrup and brown sugar. Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
