1.Crush Rice Krispies in a big plastic bag first. Set aside.2.Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT LAST 2 sugars!3.Create little balls of dough with your hands about 1-2 inches in diameter.4.Mix LAST 2 ingredients in a separate bowl for the topping.5. Roll the balls in the sugar mixture.6.Flatten on an ungreased cookie sheet with an end of a glass.{12 should fit on one cookie sheet}.7. Put in a 350 degrees Farenheit oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 8.
