Mix pureed strawberries, 1 tbs sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl set aside. Mix oats, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, almonds, and mini chips. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, egg whites, milk, apple juice, and canola oil until combined. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Chill batter for 15 minutes. Then use a medium scoop - about a TBS, to form cookies on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until set.
