1 large egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts

Sift together dry ingredients, except flax seed. Cream butter and sugar. Add applesauce pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add sifted dry ingredients and flax seed and mix until smooth.
