Sliced almonds, 3 cups
Egg replacement or powdered egg whites, 2/3 cup
Powdered cocoa or chocolate flavored whey protein powder, 4 T
Shredded coconut, 1/2 cup
pinch of sea salt
Honey, 1/3 cup
Hot water, 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1-2 T


How Do I Make Easy Protein and Energy Bar?

Here is how you make Easy Protein and Energy Bar:

Mix dry ingredients (can be ground in a food processor if you like). Seperately, mix honey, hot water and vanilla then blend into dry ingredients. Shape into bars, cookies or press into a 9x9 dish and cut into squares. Let dry by just leaving them out or put them in a warm oven (180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Honey/water ratio can be adjusted for sweetness. Keep refrigerated.
