Here is how you make Easy Low Fat Granola:

Preheat oven to 325. Pour 5 grain rolled cereal and almonds into LARGE bowl, set aside. . Mix applesauce, splenda brown sugar, sesame oil and cinamon into a bowl and pour over cereal mixture. Coat cereal mixture completely with liquid ingredients. spread mix out (evenly) onto cookie sheets. Stir mixture every 20 mins (or so) until rolled cereal is almost dry.
