blackberries and raspberries 1/4 cup each
1 tbsp flour
1 oz milk
1 tbsp corn starch
cooking spray (any brand)

Here is how you make Fruit Crapes:

Mix corn starch and water together making sure to get rid of any lumps, put in pan along with berries on low heat, cover (stir frequently).In a seperate bowl mix egg white, flour, and milk.Spray pan with non stick spray and preheat on medium heat. Pour egg mixture (very thin coating )into pan. When edges start to wrinkle it is ready to be removed (should slide right off of pan). When fruit is done carmelizing pour onto crape (if fruit is to thin add more corn starch to thicken).
