Here is how you make Honey Fruit Granola:

preheat oven to 350. in a lg bowl, comb oats and pecans. spread mix evenly onto a 10x15" pan. In a sm microwave-safe bowl, combine melted butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and pour over oat mixture in pan. Toss until well mixed. Bake in oven for 30-35, stirring after every 10 mn. Remove from oven and stir in chopped dried fruit.
