Mix together in a large bowl...
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2C slivered or chopped almonds (I use roasted)
1/2C chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon

In small pot melt ....
2 Tbl Smart Balance Light with flax
2 Tbl Butter (I use LOL spreadable with canola oil)
1/3 cup honey

Once melted pour over oat mixture and mix well.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour mix onto parchment laying out evenly.
Bake @ 325 for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes to keep from burning. Let cool
