4c. Steel Cut Oats
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Brown Sugar
6 tbs Butter, melted
2 tbs Peanut Butter
1.5 c Dried Cranberries (or other dried fruit)
2 tbs Vanilla extract
2 tbs Cinnamon


How Do I Make Mom's Granola?

Here is how you make Mom's Granola:

In a large bowl mix the oats and cinnamon together. In a separate bowl mix the peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar and vanilla until well incorporated. Pour honey mixture over oats and mix thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and spread granola over pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Using a spatula, flip granola and bake for another 10 minutes. take out of the oven and add the dried cranberries or other dried fruits.
