9X13 pan - 36 bars - about 1 1/2" X 2 1/8"Set oven at 350 degrees F. No electric mixer needed. In a large bowl combine softened margarine and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk, stir to combine. Add Bisquick, Oats, gluten (optional), and flax seed (optional) and combine. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts and raisins. Spread evenly in an very lightly greased 9 x 13 pan, mixture will be stiff.
