1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. honey
5 c. Whole Grain Oats (Quaker)
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. dried fruit/nuts (optional/not in nutrition count)


How Do I Make Nonfat Granola?

Here is how you make Nonfat Granola:

Mix sugar, apple juice, dry milk, and honey in pan and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Combine dry ingredients in separate mixing bowl. Pour sugar mixture over dry mixture and mix well. Place on cookie sheet (I prefer glass baking dish). Bake at 375* for 20 minutes, stirring half way through bake time. Let cool, then transfer to air-tight container. Makes about 16 servings, 1/2 cup each.Number of Servings: 16
