Mix in the cranberries and microwave for 2 minutes. Allow cranberries to plump. Mix in the Kashi cereal and Sucanat. Set aside and allow to cool. In large bowl mix the oatmeal, almond, sunflower seed and flax seed together. Add the vanilla and egg substitute to the orange juice/cranberry/Kashi mixture. Stir well. Fold wet ingredient into dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread evenly into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Slice into 18 slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in the refrigerator, or for longer shelf life, store in freezer in a Ziploc bag.
