Takes about 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir lightly every 3 minutes or so.This is completely optional but just adds another layer of flavor. In a large bowl combine all other ingredients except water. Allow oatmeal to cool then blend all of the nuts and 3/4 of the oatmeal to a coarse consistency. Add to honey mixture and combine. Add remainer of oatmeal. Add hot water a few tablespoons at a time until mixture sticks together. Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Cool in fridge or freezer. Remove and cut into desired shape.
