Grease a 13 X 9 pan generously. in large bowl mix oats, nuts, brown sugar, flax seed, cinnamon, flour, dates and salt. in another bowl, beat egg, add oil, honey and vanilla. pour into dry and mix well using hands. pat into prepared pan and bake 30 - 35 min until golden on edges.
