How Do I Make Jamie's Granola?

Here is how you make Jamie's Granola:

Preheat over to 325 degrees. Mix the first nine ingredients in a saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Mix the remaining ingredients (except cranberries) in a large bowl . Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix well, making sure all is coated. Spread into two large lightly greased baking pans and cook for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
