1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flax seeds, ground
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup soy milk, light
non-stick cooking spray

Here is how you make Heavenly and Healthy Granola Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all dry ingredients, except 1/4 cup of coconut flakes, in a large bowl. Then mix in all wet ingredients. Stir thoroughly, the mixture will be sticky and thick.Take a 9x13 pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with either wax paper or pan-lining foil (paper side facing towards food). Spread mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup coconut.Bake for 15 minutes.Let cool and cut into bars.
