Here is how you make Cheesey Hot Pocket:

To make dough mix all ingredients in small bowl, gradually adding water until it forms, set aside.Melt cheese in the microwave, and cook the spinach. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Add all other ingredients besides cilantro to the mix.Roll out dough to form an oval. Add filling and fold. Press all corners tight. Place on a greased baking sheet. Take a fork and poke a few holes in the tops of each pocket. Top with baking butter and cilantro, etc. and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until crust is browned.
