Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.In a large bowl, mix egg whites and sweetner until frothy. Add baking soda, salt, baby food, cottage cheese, lemon drink mix and water until well combined. Add the oats and protein powder and mix gently.Pour batter into the pyrex dish and spread evenly.
