1 light English Muffin.(I use Hy-Vee or Sara Lee)
Seasonings (salt, pepper, or seasoning of your choice)

Here is how you make English Muffin Sandiwch:

Spray a non-stick skillet (10 in works best) with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.Once skillet is hot, pour in egg and seasonI do not stir the egg, but swirl the skillet to cover the bottom and get the egg as thin as possible.Split muffin and toast.Once egg is set, fold two side over until the ends meet, then fold the other ends up to make a square.Remove egg from skillet and top with cheese. Add ham to skillet.Put egg on muffin and top with ham.Note: I cook two of these at a time for me and my wife. I use two skillets, one for ham and one for egg.
