4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 apple, peeled and diced
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oatmeal

Here is how you make Apple Nut Muffins:

Combine flours, baking powder, salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Combine sugar, honey, egg, milk and oil in another bowl. Stir. Add liquids to flour mixture and stir until almost combined. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Stir just until incorporated, it will still be a bit lumpy. In a small bowl combine butter, brown sugar, flour and oatmeal to make a steusel. Divide batter between 12 muffin cups lined with paper. Top with streusel.
