Mix top 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl till the consistancy of mayonaise with beaters.Add remaining ingredients and mix with beater starting in slow till flour is mixed and then medium to diustribute evenly.Spoon into cupcake papers. (Depending on how many cupcake trays you have, cooking can be 20-60 mintues. Only 20 if you can fit 3 trays or 60 for 1 tray, three times.)Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.Nutritional info based on using: Apples, brown rice flour, barley flour, Aramath.
