Here is how you make Egg-o-muffins:

Preheat oven to 375.Steam broccoli. While it's steaming, mix egg substitute, bacon bits, chives and salt. Divide broccoli evenly among 12 regular-sized muffin tins that have been well-sprayed with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over broccoli, also dividing evenly.Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
