2 T sugar (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 scoop protien powder

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Corn Muffins:

Measure the butter and applesauce into a bowl. Crack in the eggs and milk or juice. Beat with a whisk. Add salt, soda, cornmeal, flour and protein powder. Stir just till moist. Oil a dozen muffin cups and divide the batter evenly among them. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
