1/2 c raisins
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/4 c walnuts (or substitute for other nuts)

1 fresh banana
1/2 c peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c maple syrup (if not use reg syrup)

Here is how you make Protien oat bars:

Mix all dry ingred. in large mixing bowl. In another smaller bowl mash banana and mix in remaining wet ingred. When well mixed pour into dry ingred mix WELL and then line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with was paper or plastic wrap pour mixture in pan flatten down then put in freezer til firm.
