Here is how you make Oat Bars:

Preheat oven to 325. Grease 9x9 pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, peanuts, coconut, and chocolate chips. Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl. Add applesauce wind honey and mix well. Add egg mixture to oat mixture and mix well. Press mixture evenly into bottom of the greased pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool, then cut into bars.
