Here is how you make Apple-Oatmeal-Nut Muffin:

Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Whisk eggs, oil and applesauce in second bowl. Mix all ingredients together. (May substitute seeds for nuts. May use up to three whole apples if you wish.) Brush muffin tin with coconut oil (or other) to prevent sticking. Fill 24 muffin spots until all batter is used. Bake 20-25 minutes.
