Here is how you make Omega 3 Baked Apple Oatmeal:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix 2 cups oats, 3/4 cup trail mix, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt. In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 4 Tbsp melted butter. Add milk mixture to oat mixture and stir to combine. Stir in 1 finely chopped apple.
