Non-fat Milk How Do I Make Breakfast or Post workout OATMEAL?Here is how you make Breakfast or Post workout OATMEAL: Heat the water to boiling. Put 5 Grain Rolled Hot Cereal, Oatbran Hot Cereal, pumpkin puree, almonds, cinnamon and extract in a microwave safe bowl. Add water and stir. Allow to cool to room temperature then add 2 egg whites and stir well. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. To prepare for breakfast, microwave for 6-7 minutes. Add frozen blueberries, cherries and cold milk.
