Then, one by one, add and mix in the vanilla, eggs, peanut butter (don't forget to set aside the last cup), oats, flour, baking soda and salt. When everything is mixed thoroughly, spread the mix into a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.Bake in the oven on 350 for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and mostly solid on top.Before the bars are very cool, spread the set aside peanut butter on top of your bars.
