Preheat oven to 350°, grease 8" square pan.Combine crumb mixture ingredients. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl often until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/4 cup; press remaining mixture on bottom of baking pan. Spread jam or preserves to within 1/2" from edge of unbaked crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over jam or preserves.
