All the fruit except grapes are peeled. I buy 1 lb. of pre-cut fresh pineapple to save time. Just cut it all up in chunks or slices into one very large bowl. This recipe makes a HUGE bowl. My husbnd and I split it over the course of 2 days. So between the two of us it makes 4 servings, one apiece each day. What we actually do is leave it in the fridge with a serving spoon. Any time we want a sweet snack or have a craving we have a bowl. Sometimes just a spoonful right from the fridge is all that is needed. Incredibly, this has almost cured our candy/chocolate cravings!
