Drain pineapple, reserve liquid. Add enough water to the reserve pineapple juice to make 3 cups. Pour into large sauce pan and heat till boiling. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stir at least 2 minutes until dissolved. Add cranbrry sauce, stir. Pour into large bowl. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thick.
