The ingredients for Avocado Feta Salsa are:

1 (4oz) package of crumbled feta
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped (I have always used the vine ripe tomatoes because the Romas didn’t look good)
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 chopped avocados
Tortilla chips

Here is how you make Avocado Feta Salsa:

In mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and garlic. Add tomato and onion, tossing well to coat. Gently fold in avocado and sprinkle with feta before serving. (I folded in the feta) Note: I increased the quantities sometimes to make more salsa, and it always came out good. It’s hard to mess up.
