Here is how you make Seasoned Sourdough Croutons:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, saltd and pepper, and continue to heat for about 1-2 minutes. Toss in cubed bread and stir to cover in oil and spices for about 1-2 minutes more. Move to parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 15 minutes until golden, stirring every 5 minutes.
