This makes about 1 12-16 oz serving.Mix all ingredients into a wide mouth water bottle, shaker cup or even in the blender. Shake for 2-3 minutes until protein is well blended and everything is chilled. Serve. Any protein powder can be used but if not using a blender get one that is spoon stirrable or easy to mix otherwise drink will be lumpy.
