Here is how you make Whey Protein Shake:

Pour 1 cup 2% milk into blender jar and add 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream. Cover and start blender. With blender running, remove the center piece of the cover and add 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Allow to blend until powder is fully incorporated. Add ice cubes 1 or 2 at a time. If your blender has an "ice breaker" setting, use it at this time. Once all the ice is added, set the blender at frappé for 10-15 seconds, then shut off. The shake should be nice and thick. Drink with a straw to slow intake and increase your feeling of fullness.
